Dr. Celeste Beck is an Associate Research Scientist Lead at Heluna Health, where she designs and leads research and evaluation projects across diverse areas of public health. She holds a PhD in Nutritional Science and Clinical and Translational Science from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Utah. Her research primarily focuses on nutrition and pregnancy outcomes, and also the intersection of climate, nutrition, and maternal health. With more than 15 years of experience spanning academic, clinical research, and public health settings—including several years as an Epidemiologist at the Utah Department of Health—Dr. Beck brings deep expertise and a collaborative approach to her work. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, whether hiking, skiing, or enjoying family pizza and movie nights.
