Peter Dale, CPCM, MA

Chief Program Officer

Peter Dale is a seasoned program, contracts, and grants professional with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Dale’s experience includes serving on active duty as a U.S. Air Force Contracting Officer and working for various large environmental, aerospace, and non-profit corporations. Peter also served as the Director of Contract Administration for the Los Angeles Unified School District and RAND Corporation supporting the NSRD Intelligence Policy Center and Project Air Force.  He has designed, developed and managed a myriad of contract and grant policies/processes, designed/instructed various contracting courses for the American Management Association and is highly proficient in pre- and post-award contract and grant management. Peter is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), active member of the National Contract Management Association, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University and a M.A. in Psychology from Chapman University specializing as a MFT.
